Terms & Condition

  1. Any item paid for can’t be changed nor swapped , kindly conclude on your decision before making payment  
  2. Any item(s) bought in a good condition is/are not returnable and can’t be exchanged
  3. We do not offer refunds
  4. We offer warranty only on our electrical products for a period of 3 weeks , Pls see meaning of warranty therein (Warranty means a commitment from a manufacturer to its customers that if the product breaks or if there is any problem in the product, the manufacturer will provide free repair for the product. But the manufacturer does not commit replacement. He commits only repair) Please note this 
  5. Do make sure you enter a detailed address and phone number(s) for your GIG parcels , if the dispatcher couldn’t reach you and we also couldn’t reach you as at the time of delivery, your parcel will automatically be returned back after 3 days to us for a fee , and if going to be sent back , you will have to pay a new delivery fee and cover the initial fee before it can be sent back or picked up at the store as the case might be 
  6. Kindly note that when using Bus/cab drivers for your delivery , the driver will call you upon receiving your goods you’re to be in communication with the driver , as we won’t be held liable if anything goes wrong between you and the driver , they do not work for us and we can’t control/command them , kindly take note 
  7. All item has to be picked up within a month of purchase or a demurrage of #100 per day will be charged 
  8. All payments has to be paid into our company account, any transaction not made into this account is not valid and we won’t be held responsible
